  This place was recommended to us and I didn't mind to drive further to get a good service. Didn't know much about buying fruit trees so didn't mind paying slightly more for advice and good quality trees. We were happy with the recommendations (we bought 4 difrent trees). The guy went to get them for us and brought them back all bunched together and put them in the van. Only back home we realised that one tree was flat on one side and the other had damage to the main trunk. It was to late to go back and we decided to rescue them. First one we managed to spread evenly ish by building wooden frame around it, bending branches and tying back to additional supports. It's ok now after three years. Other one didn't quite recovered and although growing, have a permanent scar to the main trunk and didn't fruit yet.
  All in all a bit disappointed with the outcome of our trip to the Chew Valley trees. Learned allot last three years but that's not what I've paid for.
